Ideas for local councils to push social media to the public | Local Government Engagement Online Research – Well, not ‘push’ social media onto the public but make local authorities’ use of it a little more engaging using incentives and good old plain usefulness. I personally think local authorities need to be able to use it effectively because that’s increasingly where the public already are, no pushing necessary.
